PILLAR 1 - Quality Life
The things you do for yourself that allow you to live life on your terms. Not to drop the things you love to do, to serve others - that only ever ends one way for you...with zero energy or enjoyment and that's no way to live. It's also highly likely you're using these "tasks" as a distraction so you don't have to sit in your own company - on the programme we get you comfortable with doing that.
We give you the ability to set boundaries and go out, out of enjoyment not obligation.
PILLAR 2 - Emotional Resilience
This is where we get you to face your struggles with the right tools and support and not bury your head in the sand, try to ignore them and allow them to get worse.
We work to get you into better thinking patterns and out of negative ones which again allow you to fall into unhealthy coping mechanisms. Under stress your brain will go the path of least resistance - this pillar is about changing that path to be the good habits that serve you not the unhealthy coping strategies that don't.
PILLAR 3 - Physical Presence.
Not only seeing the changes in your physicality but learning to be in the moment so that you're not wondering what Joe Bloggs is thinking across the gym.
No dicking around you can be in and out of the gym in 45 mins. Less time spent in there = less anxiety about it which will fade over time as we progress. Once you're comfortable in the gym environment we'll get you that physique to match the mindset we've worked to develop this is really where everything starts coming together.
